It's a tasty cabbage to smoked or roasted meats.
red cabbage (or sterilized)
oil or lard
Cabbage chop or use sterilized. Onions and garlic chop finely.
Simmer onion in oil and add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Simmer, than sugar to a light brown color ( caramel ). Then add the cabbage, cumin, salt, garlic, and pour with water. Cabbage stew to soft. Then thicken with roux.
Finally, season with a little vinegar ( sterilized no )
